In this week’s HJ Global News we share with you something about True Mother, who presided over the Special Luncheon marking the 14^th anniversary of the Cheon Jeong Gung Entrance Ceremony and Coronation Ceremony. We will also bring you a special segment on Heavenly America, the Elder Son Nation of the Providence, as well as other news from the world’s nations. 1. True Parents’ Activities

- Special Luncheon in Commemoration of the 14^th Anniversary of the Cheon Jeong Gung Entrance Ceremony and Coronation Ceremony

August 2, Cheon Jeong Gung

 

We are in the 8^th year of Cheon Il Guk, and working together with True Parents toward the realization of a Heavenly Unified World.

On August 2, True Parents shared a special luncheon with 35 Cheon Il Guk leaders in commemoration of the 14^th anniversary of the Cheon Jeong Gung Entrance Ceremony and Coronation Ceremony.

 

After FFWPU-Heavenly Korea President Lee Gi-seong prayed and Chief of True Mother’s Secretariat Jeong Won-ju read words of grace, Dr. Yoon Yeong-ho Director General of the International Headquarters gave a special report. He updated everyone on the preparations for the One Million Rally of Hope, in which even heads of state will take part and by which the heavenly culture of Cheon Il Guk will be visibly revealed. He also gave a report on the blueprint for Vision 2027 drawn up by True Parents. Dr Jin Seong-bae of the HyoJeong Academic Foundation gave a tearful testimony that moved the hearts of all present, on the life of True Mother, who is enlightening us to the essence of Heavenly Parent’s heart.

 

A celebration was held after the luncheon. Cheon Il Guk leaders shared the celebration of the 14^th anniversary of the Cheon Jeong Gung Entrance Ceremony and Coronation Ceremony of True Parents of Heaven, Earth and Humankind, who paved the path to the kingdom of the ideal world of peace. The leaders resolved to work joyfully toward the day of the settlement of the kingdom of God where harmony among all people would reign.

The United States is a nation blessed to give love o the world!

In 1970, True Parents came to America with a message of hope and blessing, proclaiming themselves the firefighters and doctors who must rescue and revive a nation that had lost its founding spirit.

The devotion they invested for more than forty years into the Elder Son Nation has become a beacon of light, to which the multiracial population of Heavenly America has felt drawn—heralding the  coming of a Heavenly Unified World.

Toward Vision 2027 and the Realization of a Heavenly Unified World

America needs to become the environment for True Parents, the Messiah at the Second Advent.

On that foundation, it needs to attend True Parents at its center and take the lead in realizing a peaceful,

unified world and in creating one family of humanity under God.

When America changes, the world will change!

 

The Christian foundation could not work with us 60 years ago, but today, change has been taking place through the representative nation of the democratic world, Heavenly America. Through the Blessing a great awakening of the interreligious true family movement is taking place in Heavenly USA!

I learned of True Parents’ philosophy, by which all humanity can unite and harmonize.

I would like to offer all of my gratitude,

admiration and glory to God for sending True Parents to earth.

 

In the new millennium, the American Clergy Leadership Conference (ACLC) was founded as part of True Parents’ interreligious work. It has taken root in all fifty of the united states. ACLC holds prayer breakfasts and forums regularly at which religious leaders share their faith and love for God.

In the USA, the Universal Peace Federation and the Women’s Federation for World Peace have sought to create a new culture that brings blessing to all areas of society through service projects, conferences, and media work.

 

True Parents’ Message

I hope that this nation of America, blessed by God, will not forget the essence of ‘God Bless America!’

and I bless you to march on with courage to become beacons to the world.

 

The message of the Mother of Peace resonated with the heart of America.

Rallies of Hope that began at Madison Square Garden, went on to New Jersey, Los Angeles and Las Vegas, reached over sixty thousand clergymen of various religions, believers and leaders of every field who took part in and received Heaven’s Blessing. Subsequently, heavenly tribal messiahs have held Blessing ceremonies in Chicago, Baltimore and Washington DC, and other cities, setting the stage for revivals at which people of all races came together as one under the Heavenly Parent.

 

CARP members inherited the heart and practice of True Parents by working as Cheon Il Guk missionaries through the GPA Global Leaders Training Program and laid a foundation for youths and students of local communities in 27 locations across America. In particular, members of Los Angeles CARP worked with their parents to restore campuses, with the result that in three years the number of members skyrocketed from forty to more than 360. Thus was created a sensation of on-campus heavenly tribal messiah activities and conveyed hope to the rest of the world.

 

Members in Heavenly USA are praying for America and the whole world suffering due to the Covid-19 crisis.

During this time, various religious leaders and blessed families attended 21-day and 40-day online workshops to further their understanding of Heaven’s providence. They offered devotions together for the realization of God’s Will and renewed their resolve to achieve victory in 2027.

Today, we are gathered here at Plymouth Harbor, where the Mayflower arrived 400 years ago and the pilgrims took their first steps on American soil.

Looking back 400 years, we are here today to embark on Peace Road 2020.

 

We are setting out on this grand tour—Peace Road—today with the plan to traverse the North American continent for 21 days,

passing through Alaska, where, on September 4, we will commemorate the 8^th anniversary of True Father’s Holy Ascension and finally arrive at Cheon Jeong Gung where True Mother resides.

 

Let’s all march forward, united as one with Heavenly Parent and the True Parents of Heaven, Earth and Humankind. Every one of the first-, second- and third- generation members here today resolve with one heart and mind to achieve success for Vision-2027 under True Mother’s leadership.

 

America is the nation blessed to love the world!

Heavenly America, the providence’s Eldest Son Nation, will prevail in bringing about the settlement of a Heavenly Unified World, where the dream of one human family under Heavenly Parent will become a reality.

As we move toward 2027, heavenly tribal messiahs are actively carrying out activities in all parts of the world.

 

■ Heavenly Tribal Messiah Activities

- Burkina Faso: Heavenly Tribal Messiah Blessing Ceremony

July 25

In Burkina Faso, West Africa, more than 180 people including three tribal chiefs and tribal members took part in a Blessing Ceremony to inherit the traditions of a true families living under our Heavenly Parent.

 

- Cambodia: Coordinators’ Workshop for Educating Heavenly Tribes

July 24 to 26, Phnom Penh

In Cambodia, where heavenly tribal messiah Blessing Ceremonies are increasing in number, they held a workshop for ‘tribal coordinators’ on educating heavenly tribes. The coordinators began their 5-years of service with the resolve to bring about a heavenly tribal culture along with the restoration of local communities.

 

- Heavenly Latin America: Matching Supporters Begin Their Work

July 25

Meanwhile, Latin American matching supporters who graduated from a 21-day matching supporters’ workshop hosted by the International Headquarters Family Department, and which drew more than 150 leaders, representing every district, began their work for the Blessing in earnest by hosting an introductory meeting for 131 first-generation matching candidates.

 

- Dominican Republic: Special HyoJeong CheonBo Workshop

In addition, members in the Dominican Republic met to complete the liberation and Blessing of 430 generations of ancestors. To prevent the spread of the coronavirus, the minimum number of people came to share a time of revival through which they offered fervent prayers, experienced Heavenly Parent’s heart and received guidance from the good spirit world.

 

■ Peace Movement

- WFWP-Argentina: Coronavirus Relief Work

July 18

The movement of practicing true love to ease the Covid-19 crisis is also actively underway. With money from True Mother, the Women’s Federation in Argentina conveyed love from the Mother of Peace by carrying out a true love donation program among low-income and destitute families.

 

- WFWP-Cote d’Ivoire: Coronavirus Relief Work

July 24

The Women’s Federation in Cote d’Ivoire has secured enough supplies to enable them to distribute masks and hand sanitizers for free on a regular basis until the end of October.

 

- WFWP-Togo: Coronavirus Relief Work

July 31

In addition, WFWP in Togo helped women in local communities deal with problems in their living environments by distributing masks and sanitation tools and by hosting special lectures.

 

- Korean Religions Association: 11^th Interfaith Thursday Prayer Meeting and Special Invitational Lecture

July 23, Baekbeom Memorial Hall, Yongsan-gu

The Korean Religions Association (KRA) hosted an Interfaith Thursday Prayer Meeting to pray with members of other religions for world peace and for a Heavenly Unified Korea. Leaders of ten denominations and ninety youth leaders attended the meeting.

The religious believers took part in all the prayers offered in different ways by the representatives of different denominations, thus taking a step toward religious peace as members of a multi-religious society. They enjoyed an invitational lecture delivered by Chae Sa-Jang, author of the book Wide and Light Knowledge for Intellectual Conversation and shared a meaningful time studying the religious core of human beings.

 

- Korea Religions Association: Colloquium for Compiling the Three Great Scriptures and a Pilgrimage to HyoJeong Cheonwon

Additionally, upon the visit of Leader Yang Yeong-ho and members of the Korean Tenrikyo group, the Korean Religious Association hosted a colloquium on the compilation of the Three Great Scriptures and a went on a pilgrimage to HyoJeong Cheonwon. Through communication between neighbor religions, the KRA shared its will and vision to work to bring about peace in the Korean Peninsula.

 

■ Major News in Brief

- Launching Ceremony of the HyoJeong Hope Research Institute for future generations under the HyoJeong International Cultural Foundation

August 4, Cheongshim International Youth Center, HyoJeong Cheonwon

On August 4, the launch ceremony of HyoJeong Hope Research Institute under HyoJeong International Cultural Foundation for future generations was held in HyoJeong Cheonwon. The ceremony was led by HyoJeong International Cultural Foundation and attended by staff members of academic and educational organizations, including the HyoJeong Academic Foundation, International Association of Youths and Students for Peace, Universal Peace Academy, Sunhak Universal Peace Graduate University, Sun Moon University, Cheongshim Academy and Sunhak Academy.

The HyoJeong Hope Research Institute has been launched as a think tank for developing policies, strategies and materials for the youths and students’ movement, based on the values of HyoJeong.

 

After the message of HyoJeong Academic Foundation Director Dr. Jin Seong-bae and words of encouragement from Mrs. Jeong Won-ju, HyoJeong International Cultural Foundation Director Yoon Yeong-ho announced the ‘Cheon Il Guk Future Generations’ Strategy for the Settlement of the Heavenly Unified World’, which contains the blueprint for the youth and students’ movement under True Parents.

Everyone gathered here today is here to become a think-tank

of True Mother’s FFWPU true-family movement,

UPF's head-wing unification movement and the IAYSP movement.

The HJ Hope Research Center is a think tank of the IAYSP movement

and is to work closely with the HJ Academic Center.

You professors here, since you created

the basis for elementary, middle and high school character education,

will you take this cultural content out to the world?

This is what we are preparing to do.

 

Lastly, the newly appointed director of HyoJeong Hope Research Institute, Mr. Kim Soon-min, gave a progress report, after which leaders appointed as consultants to the Institute made a firm resolution to devote all their energies to training future leaders for the era of the settlement of Cheon Il Guk.

 

- SoonSeonHwa Team’s Performance to Commemorate the 17^th Anniversary of the Opening of HJ Magnolia International Medical Center

August 4 / July 21

The HJ Magnolia International Medical Center, which has maintained its status as the first international hospital in Korea by treating more than 250,000 international patients a year for the past 17 years, commemorated its 17^th anniversary.

True Mother sent the SooSeonHwa Group from Cheon Jeong Gung Headquarters to give a performance in appreciation of the hard work of the hospital staff. Earlier, at the 17^th anniversary commemorative ceremony, the staff took part in a quiz based on True Mother’s autobiography. They took this opportunity to also make the resolution to fulfill their mission as a global medical institution that heals through true love.

 

- First and Fourth districts of Heavenly Japan: Special Meeting for Korea-Japan and Japan-Korea Blessed couples

The first and fourth districts of Heavenly Japan held a special meeting of Japan-Korea and Korea-Japan Blessed couples.

The special meeting was held with the purpose of awakening the Japan-Korea and Korea-Japan Blessed couples, who can serve as a bridge connecting the two nations, in order to achieve unity between Korea and Japan through the light of HyoJeong. The meeting was attended by 400 people from the first district, and sixty or so people from the fourth district, and included beautiful HyoJeong speeches that recalled memories with True Parents, reviews of True Mother’s autobiography and a HyoJeong cultural performance. Through a special lecture delivered by Tokuno Eiji, Chair of Heavenly Japan, the participants engraved the vision of Korea-Japan unity and a Heavenly Unified Korea in their hearts.

 

- Costa Rica: National Seonghwa Ceremony of Mrs. Kim Mae-ja, National Messiah to Costa Rica

August 3, Korea Cancer Center Hospital Funeral Home

The National Seonghwa Ceremony of Mrs. Kim Mae-ja, national messiah to Costa Rica, was held with President Lee Gi-seong and President Cho Man-woong of Elder Pastors’ Association together with bereaved family members.

Mrs. Kim, born in Seosan, South Choongcheong Province, in January 1945, joined the Church in August 1963 and led a life of filial devotion for 41 years. Upon receiving their national messiah nation, she and her husband Kim Joong-su had immediately moved there to conduct their mission work.
